| Ask anyone that is successful in the MLM business and they will tell you that they focus between 80% and ninety percent of their time on recruiting, and you must do the same if you wish to obtain financial liberty. Recruiting and sponsoring. This is where all heavy hitters make their money. And that is it in a nutshell. Take a few minutes to think about it. Your company's products could be the most amazing thing ever invented, but if all you do is promote the product and get one sale per buyer then actually all you are doing is the same as being a sales assistant on a commission. Now, instead if you concentrate on recruiting to your MLM opportunity and coaching your new folk to sell your product effectively, now do you see there will be many people doing what you were doing, and your business will be growing faster because of them. On your own you will only be able to sell one hundred units or so of the product in a single month. But when you have a well-trained and effective team, you could eventually be selling hundreds of thousands of units every month! The Numbers Concerned in MLM Recruiting Take a close, hard glance at the business of any social marketing six-figure or perhaps 7-figure earner and you could be surprised to discover most of their cash is made of the attempts of less than a six top producers. Not hundreds. A handful. And, chances are, they did not personally even sponsor or hire these heavy hitters. So the lesson you would like to wrap your mind around here is... you want to discover a way to personally sponsor and recruit at least 100 new team members to join your business as quickly and as cost-effectively as possible . Sponsor 100 folks and you'll become rich. It's the way in which the game is played. How to Increase your Recruiting Success Although you personally need to sponsor one hundred new team members, you cannot just present your network marketing chance to one hundred folk because usually they won't all sign up. You need to present to possibly one thousand people, which may give you a 10% success rate. These are rough numbers obviously, but the number may have to be more. So decide how you are going to make a constant stream of new prospects, ten percent of whom will have an interest in taking a look in joining your business. What are you going to do to make this occur? Though there is no correct or inaccurate way of going about MLM recruiting, you'll soon learn that it's all a question of numbers, it is not a hi-pressure selling process. You need to find the simplest way to hook up with large numbers of people each day, hold a good display session regularly and then follow up with those folks that have expressed an interest.
